As a registered architect in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Eric Hafer has worked in the design
field for more that 27 years in the Delaware Valley. Combined with Eric's staff and consultants we are registered in most of the lower 48 states. He established the firm in 1993 with a combined staff experience level of more that 75 years in architectural and design services. His relationships with his current client base in many cases were established prior to the inception of the company and have endured throughout the years. As the firm continues to grow, Mr. Hafer remains personally involved with all projects.


ERIC HAFER & ASSOCIATES, P.A. has completed over three hundred projects in more than
fifty buildings. Our areas of specialty include base building documentation, tenant fit-out documentation and rent allocation documents. We specialize in speculative office buildings and interior tenant renovations, applying all relevant codes to ensure a quality and cost effective
project. In representing building owners and tenants, we are successfully able to save valuable
dollars through accurate documentation and economics of knowledge and volume, while simultaneously pleasing the tenant. We take pride in quick turnaround time: averaging 2 to 3
days on space plans and anywhere from 3 to 14 days on interior construction documentation.
